LAFAYETTE, La. (AP) _ PHI Inc. (PHII) on Monday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $17.1 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The Lafayette, Louisiana-based company said it had a loss of $1.08 per share.
The helicopter transportation company serving the oil and gas industry posted revenue of $144.9 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $26.7 million, or $1.70 per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $634.1 million.
PHI Inc. shares have declined 14 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $15.41, a fall of 12 percent in the last 12 months.
