Phil Iaccarino Joins ISCS Team as Director of Marketing
SAN JOSE, CA--(Marketwired - Oct 18, 2013) - Insurance solutions developer ISCS, creator of the SurePower Innovation® Modern Enterprise Suite, recently enhanced the company's ability to communicate with clients, prospects and the insurance industry at-large by adding the expertise of marketing expert Phil Iaccarino to the team. The director of marketing position is critical for ISCS, as the company proactively communicates thought leadership, as well as plans for and reactions to market changes that will affect the property and casualty (P&C) insurer community.
As director of marketing, Iaccarino brings over 15 years' experience in insurance and insurance technology to bear, including experience gained while working for Zurich North America's Accident & Health division in Long Island, New York. Most recently, he worked for Vertafore (which acquired ImageRight in 2007) as director of market segmentation, but he has always served in positions where customer-centricity is crucial, including as implementation manager, director of client services, director of marketing. Additionally, during his time with Vertafore, Iaccarino served as chair for the ImageRight User Group Conference, which hosted over 850 people including clients, partners and employees.
Iaccarino also volunteers for IASA, where he currently serves as chair for the association's Solution Provider Enrichment Committee (SPEC). He is a true believer in the "raving fans" philosophy of understanding what the customer wants and delivering plus one, and he fully understands that a referral from a happy customer is the best advertisement.
