The removal of the stock from listing became effective Friday, July 19, 2019. Additional information relating to the delisting is contained in a Form 8-K Current Report, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission yesterday. The Company also filed a Form 15 Certification and Notice of Termination of Registration Under Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Suspension of Duty To File Reports Under Section 13 and 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 yesterday. Going forward, Point.360 will operate as a private company.
