TORONTO (AP) _ Points International Ltd. (PCOM) on Wednesday reported first-quarter net income of $1.1 million.
The Toronto-based company said it had net income of 8 cents per share.
The provider of technology for loyalty programs posted revenue of $82.7 million in the period.
Points International shares have declined 52% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $7.35, a drop of 38% in the last 12 months.
