TORONTO (AP) _ Points International Ltd. (PCOM) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $2.8 million.
The Toronto-based company said it had net income of 20 cents per share.
The provider of technology for loyalty programs posted revenue of $107 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $11.9 million, or 86 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $401.2 million.
Points International shares have declined roughly 9% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $13.90, an increase of 17% in the last 12 months.
