Postal Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”), an internally managed real estate investment trust that will own and manage properties leased to the United States Postal Service, today announced the launch of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $19.00 and $21.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. In addition, the Company expects to grant to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares of Class A common stock have been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the symbol “PSTL”.
