Jamie Otis is opening up about a new health battle.

The Married at First Sight star, who is expecting her second child with husband Doug Hehner following two tragic miscarriages, revealed she has been diagnosed with human papillomavirus (HPV) in a lengthy message shared via Instagram on Wednesday.

"I went to the doc and heard my pap was bad & I have HPV. Although it sounds like an STD and I should freak the F out, I know this is somewhat common and not to be overly worried about," the 33-year-old reality star explained. "I was scheduled to have a colposcopy just to take a better look at the skin cells in my vagina.😳Also, not really a big deal as long as the doc doesn't see dysplasia...if she does then it could be a sign of early cancer.😱"

I have a rainbow baby in my arms & a rainbow baby in my belly.🙏🏻🤰🏼I’ve never felt more *BLESSED*!👶🏼🌈...and the way Gracie girl is hugging her baby brother in the last two pics.😭 #meltmyheart 🥰 • In other news, I went to the doc and heard my pap was bad & I have HPV. Although it sounds like an STD and I should freak the F out, I know this is somewhat common and not to be overly worried about. I was scheduled to have a colposcopy just to take a better look at the skin cells in my vagina.😳Also, not really a big deal as long as the doc doesn’t see dysplasia...if she does then it could be a sign of early cancer.😱 I took a video while I was at the doctors getting the colposcopy-I put the link to our @hotmarriagecoolparents YouTube page in my bio if you wanna watch. At that point I didn’t know whether to worry or not. It could be absolutely nothing. • Buuut, I got the call today saying that my doc did see dysplasia & since I’m pregnant we will have to wait to biopsy my cervix until after I have the baby. • My head’s been all over the place. Thoughts go from “I’m sure I’m fine. I had this with Gracie too.” But then I can’t help but wonder, “What if?!”😬 • I’ve had two friends reach out to me. One was like, “oh you’ll be fine. So many friends had this.”👍🏼 Another said, “I may have to have a hysterectomy after they found that in me bc I have actual cancer now.”😰 • So I just have to wait until after I have the baby to really know what’s going on inside me, but I’m just putting the positive vibes out there & praying & being so THANKFUL for my health.🙏🏻 • I couldn’t help but think about all the women who are pregnant and find out super scary news like they actually do have cancer or a fatal disease and they’re left with the tough decision: treat yourself while pregnant to save your life but risk losing the baby OR take your chances and postpone treatment to save your baby.😩 I cannot even imagine having to make that decision.😢 My heart goes out to those mamas. If you’re one of them, I’m sending you SO MUCH LOVE.💗 • • • #rainbowbaby #pregnancyupdate #secondtrimester #pregnancystyle #bump #pregnancy #pregnantbelly #pregnancyafterloss #preggo

Otis admitted that when she went in for her colposcopy, she wasn't sure whether to worry or not, as it "could be absolutely nothing."

"Buuut, I got the call today saying that my doc did see dysplasia & since I'm pregnant we will have to wait to biopsy my cervix until after I have the baby," she revealed. "My head’s been all over the place. Thoughts go from, 'I'm sure I'm fine. I had this with [daughter] Gracie too.' But then I can't help but wonder, 'What if?!'"

While Otis will have to wait until after she gives birth to know exactly what's going on and next steps, she said she is "putting the positive vibes out there" and "praying" for her health.

"I couldn't help but think about all the women who are pregnant and find out super scary news like they actually do have cancer or a fatal disease and they're left with the tough decision: treat yourself while pregnant to save your life but risk losing the baby OR take your chances and postpone treatment to save your baby," she said. "I cannot even imagine having to make that decision.😢 My heart goes out to those mamas. If you're one of them, I'm sending you SO MUCH LOVE."

Otis announced via Instagram in September that she and Hehner "went to the fertility specialist and found out WE ARE PREGNANT!!!" The two are already parents to 2-year-old Henley Grace "Gracie" Hehner.

"I cannot even believe it!😭👏🏻🥰," Otis captioned a series of photos. "After 18 long, painful months, two losses and negative after negative on the pregnancy tests, we are *finally* pregnant again! Of course I am being cautiously optimistic, but I have a feeling this little one is going to stick."

We went to the fertility specialist and found out WE ARE PREGNANT!!!🤰🏼 I cannot even believe it!😭👏🏻🥰...after 18 long, painful months, two losses and negative after negative on the pregnancy tests we are *finally* pregnant again!💗 Of course I am being cautiously optimistic, but I have a feeling this little one is going to stick..🙏🏻🤰🏼🙏🏻 ....the only thing is, yesterday the nurse called and said my blood work came back a bit different than anticipated. • Based on my last period, I should be about 4 weeks along. The blood work to support this would look like this: progesterone 8-10 & HCG 50-300 • My blood work came back like this: progesterone 51 & HCG 1,441 !!! • This means that I’m either further along OR I could potentially have TWINS!😱👯(They said it’s most likely I’m further along but I would absolutely love twins!)💞 • Thank you, thank you, *THANK YOU!* for all the encouragement, love, & prayers. IT WORKED! WE ARE FINALLY PREGNANT !!!!! 🤰🏼💗✨ • And before I end this looong caption, I just want to say this: if you’re reading this & are currently in the process of #ttc - oh mama, my heart hurts for you.😞 I know the instant internal pain that comes from another’s pregnancy announcement - even if you are or at least want to be - happy for the lucky couple. I just want you to know that your rainbow will come too. The storm cant stay forever. Hold onto hope! I am thinking of you!👶🏼🌈 • ....@doughehner & I recorded a bonus podcast ep on @hotmarriagecoolparents so we could share the WHOLE story on how we found out the best news of our lives with you! I put the link in my bio for ya!🤰🏼👶🏼✨ • • #mafs #marriedatfirstsight #bestfrans #pregnancyannouncement #finally #pregnant #pleasestick #rainbowbaby #firsttrimester #pregnancyjourney #preggo #yaya #familygoals #ttc #tryingtoconceive #ttccommunity #positivethoughts #instagood #tryingtoconceive #fertilityjourney #fertility #twins #twinsofinstagram #preggers #pregnancyphoto #pregnancyreveal #pregnancy #growingfamily
