Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, President And CEO And Celebrity Cruises at Royal Caribbean Gr (NYSE:RCL), made a large insider sell on October 11, according to a new SEC filing.
What Happened: A Form 4 filing from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday showed that Lutoff-Perlo sold 2,591 shares of Royal Caribbean Gr at prices ranging from $87.27 to $87.74. The total transaction amounted to $226,584.
Following the transaction, Lutoff-Perlo still owns 64,039 shares of the company, worth $5,603,579.
Royal Caribbean Gr shares are trading down 1.32% at $87.5 at the time of this writing on Wednesday morning.

Why Insider Transactions Are Important
