President Obama Tapes Appearance For Stephen Colbert’s ‘Late Show’ Ahead Of Final Debate

President Barack Obama kept his press pool waiting At Carnegie Mellon today while he taped a segment for Stephen Colbert’s Monday Late Show, to air two days before the final presidential debate. Obama visited Carnegie Mellon for the White House Frontiers Conference, showcasing science and innovation. The White House informed Reporters Who Cover Obama as they motorcaded away, explaining the long delay had been caused by POTUS taping skit with Colbert to air on Monday’s Late Show. Pool report says Obama used Colbert-created word “truthiness” in his remarks at CM.

Yes, Monday, October 17 also is the day Colbert’s show has booked Donald Trump’s BFF and Fox News star Bill O’Reilly.

Obama visited Colbert in February, opening a live Late Show after CBS’ broadcast of the Super Bowl. That night the show also featured a Fox News star – Donald Trump Kryptonite Megyn Kelly:
