VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) _ Pretium Resources Inc. (PVG) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter net income of $2.8 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said it had profit of 1 cent. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 11 cents per share.
The gold mining company posted revenue of $108.6 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported net income of $36.6 million, or 20 cents per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $454.6 million.
Pretium Resources shares have decreased 11 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed slightly more than 5 percent in the last 12 months.
