HOUSTON (AP) _ PrimeEnergy Corp. (PNRG) on Friday reported a third-quarter loss of $2 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The Houston-based company said it had a loss of $1.22 per share.
The investor in the oil and gas industry posted revenue of $17.2 million in the period.
PrimeEnergy shares have declined roughly 7 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Friday, shares hit $50.41, an increase of almost 1 percent in the last 12 months.
