Prince Harry Shows Up to Easter Service With Family Ahead of Royal Baby's Birth

The royals had lots to celebrate on Easter Sunday.

Members of the family attended a special service on Sunday at St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle, the location of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding nearly a year ago.

The 34-year-old Duke of Sussex arrived solo to the church wearing a navy suit and light blue tie, and was seen chatting with some friends. His brother and sister-in-law, Prince William and Kate Middleton, were also spotted heading into the chapel. The Duke of Cambridge sported a blue suit and tie, while the Duchess of Cambridge wore a baby blue dress and matching fascinator.

Clearly blue was the color of the day as Harry and William's grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, too showed up in a light blue suit and matching hat that had a bright pink ribbon around it. Easter Sunday also happens to fall on Her Majesty's 93rd birthday this year.

On top of all this, the family is anxiously awaiting the birth of Harry and Meghan's first child. The 37-year-old Duchess of Sussex, who was not at Easter service, is due at the end of April or beginning of May.

Funny enough, this time last year Kate Middleton was pregnant with her third child, Prince Louis, and attended Easter service with William and his grandmother just weeks prior to giving birth.

While Kate, 37, and William, 36, have always immediately announced the birth of their children, Harry and Meghan have decided to hold off on announcing anything until they "have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family," according to a statement from Kensington Palace.

Another change will be in how they choose to introduce their little one to the world. William and Kate posed outside St Mary's Hospital after welcoming Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, but Meghan and Harry will have a photo call with their newborn on the grounds of Windsor Castle. The couple just recently moved to Frogmore Cottage, not far from the castle.
