Prince William and Kate Middleton spotted 'ordinarily dressed' at a train station: What they wore

No private helicopters here: The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge prefer to travel within the United Kingdom the same way everyone else does.

Prince William, Kate Middleton and their two kids (plus another on the way!) were spotted on Sunday at a railway station in Chester, a city in northwest England about two hours northwest of London. The royal family was waiting for a train back home, the Chester Chronicle reports.

"William looked very ordinarily dressed with a green sweater and Nike trainers," a local man, Stephen Foote, told press. According to paparazzi snaps, Kate was also dressed down in a casual navy coat and light brown leather booties.

Also spotted was their nanny, a brunette woman who wore a navy suit and brown loafers.

The foursome apparently missed their scheduled train, so they had to hop onto a different one a bit later than planned.

Although it hasn't been confirmed why Will, Kate, Princess Charlotte and Prince George were in Chester, it's believed that they may have attended an annual bonfire and fireworks display thrown by the Duke and Duchess of Westminster.
