Justin Stolte brings significant experience to the firm's market-leading energy team
HOUSTON, Feb. 10, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Latham & Watkins LLP1 is pleased to announce that Justin Stolte has returned to the firm's Houston office as a partner in the Corporate Department and member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Stolte draws on a unique combination of technical, legal, and business experience across the energy industry. He regularly represents exploration and production companies, midstream companies, private equity firms, and other financial institutions in complex energy and infrastructure transactions in several sectors, including renewables.

Stolte spent a part of his early legal career at Latham, and has complementary experience working at Apache Corporation, where he led upstream and midstream oil and gas transactions as well as business development. Prior to beginning his legal career, Stolte earned a degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and worked as a petroleum engineer for Chevron. He also has an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management.
