MIDLAND, Texas (AP) _ ProPetro Holding Corp. (PUMP) on Wednesday reported third-quarter profit of $34.4 million.
On a per-share basis, the Midland, Texas-based company said it had profit of 33 cents.
The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of 20 analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 48 cents per share.
The oilfield services company posted revenue of $541.8 million in the period, beating Street forecasts. Twenty-one analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $508.4 million.
