Joins Nearly All of State’s Major Newspapers in Editorializing Against "Housing Freeze"

The Santa Barbara News-Press is urging its readers to vote no on Proposition 21, joining nearly all of the state’s other major newspapers in editorializing against the "housing freeze" measure.

The state’s longest running news publication issued its recommendation here.

Other newspapers that have weighed in against the measure include: the San Francisco Chronicle, Sacramento Bee, Fresno Bee, Modesto Bee, Santa Rosa Press-Democrat, Los Angeles Daily News, Orange County Register, San Jose Mercury News, East Bay Times, Riverside Press-Democrat, San Luis Obispo Tribune, Inland Valley Daily Bulletin, Long Beach Press-Telegram, and Bakersfield Californian.
