CARMIEL, Israel (AP) _ Protalix BioTherapeutics Inc. (PLX) on Thursday reported a second-quarter loss of $11.3 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Carmiel, Israel-based company said it had a loss of 8 cents.
The drug developer posted revenue of $2 million in the period.
The company's shares closed at 50 cents. A year ago, they were trading at 65 cents.
