(“Protech” or the “Company”) (TSXV: PTQ), a healthcare services company with operations in the United States, is pleased to report that it has successfully received a final Garnishee Order Absolute from the Court in Hong Kong as was contemplated in the Company’s news release dated June 26, 2019. Accordingly, it is expected that the bank will release to the Company the CAD$8.6 million which the Company had frozen in the perpetrator’s bank account.
It is expected, and it would be customary, that the bank will release the funds to the Company within 2-3 weeks of receipt of the Order, which should be achieved in the next 10 days. Additional information will be released by the Company as it becomes available.
