Peter joins the firm as Senior Managing Director and will be responsible for leading the team to build and cultivate commercial relationships. The addition of this team in New Jersey brings the total number of Provident Bank teams dedicated to serving the needs of businesses throughout the greater New York metropolitan area to 16. This new team will operate under the PBNY Bank name out of the Paramus office. Mr. Dawson has over 25 years in banking and most recently served as a Regional Commercial Executive for HSBC where he was responsible for managing the Middle Market in New York City and New Jersey, while also developing a National Health Care Group, a Municipal Bond Program, and a National Professionals Group focusing on law firms and CPAs. Peter has spent his entire career dedicated to middle market clients in New York and New Jersey and is a native of Bergen County.
