(OTCBB: PBCW), and its recently announced subsidiary, Mobile Dynamic Marketing, a unique mobile application development and marketing company, has formed a strategic consulting relationship with One Mind Design, a leading diversified consumer focused designer, that delivers user interface design and marketing media support services.
