LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Purdue University Global, a public, accredited nonprofit online institution of higher education, has signed a partnership agreement with Trilogy Health Services, one of the largest senior care providers in the Midwest with over 100 locations across four states, to provide a fully funded education employee benefit program that enhances one of the most utilized tuition assistance programs in the country.
With an online format tailored for working adults, Purdue Global offers a fully personalized, world-class education in dozens of associate’s, bachelor’s and master’s degree programs. Trilogy employees will be able to pursue any degree they choose, including related fields of nursing, health sciences and business, at no cost to them. In addition to Trilogy’s tuition support, students of Purdue Global may accelerate their progress toward a degree by receiving credit for prior learning, training and work/life experiences.
“We are excited to offer this great new benefit to take the knowledge and skills of our workforce to a new level,” said Todd Schmiedeler, senior vice president of Foundation and Workforce Development at Trilogy Health Services. “This underscores our high level of commitment to our employees’ education and their career growth. We believe this will help us to continue to attract and retain the most highly skilled employees to serve our clients.”
Schmiedeler said Trilogy chose to partner with Purdue Global because of its demonstrated ability to help working adults acquire and apply knowledge, skills and abilities while earning their degrees conveniently, affordably and quickly.
Dr. Betty Vandenbosch, chancellor of Purdue Global, said, “We specialize in helping employers upskill employees to meet the increasing demand for a highly trained and educated workforce.
