TEL AVIV, Israel (AP) _ Radware Ltd. (RDWR) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter profit of $7.9 million.
The Tel Aviv, Israel-based company said it had profit of 16 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 24 cents per share.
The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 17 cents per share.
The network management software maker posted revenue of $63.8 million in the period, also exceeding Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $63.4 million.
For the year, the company reported net income of $11.7 million, or 25 cents per share, swinging to a profit in the period. Revenue was reported as $234.4 million.
Radware shares have increased 9 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 27 percent in the last 12 months.
