TEL AVIV, Israel (AP) _ Radware Ltd. (RDWR) on Wednesday reported a loss of $1.5 million in its third quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Tel Aviv, Israel-based company said it had a loss of 3 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 4 cents per share.
The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 3 cents per share.
The network management software maker posted revenue of $53 million in the period, which also beat Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $52.2 million.
Radware shares have climbed 20 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 30 percent in the last 12 months.
