Are Flow Capital Insiders Buying Or Selling?

In the last quarter we saw insiders spend CA$5.5k on shares. That's only a tiny bit more than the sales, worth CA$3.6k. Looking at the net result, we don't think these recent trades shed much light on how insiders, as a group, are feeling about the company's prospects.

Insider Ownership

For a common shareholder, it is worth checking how many shares are held by company insiders. We usually like to see fairly high levels of insider ownership. It appears that Flow Capital insiders own 16% of the company, worth about CA$1.5m. We've certainly seen higher levels of insider ownership elsewhere, but these holdings are enough to suggest alignment between insiders and the other shareholders.

What Might The Insider Transactions At Flow Capital Tell Us?
