The Culver City, California-based company said it had profit of 21 cents per share.
The movie theater owner posted revenue of $75 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $14.4 million, or 62 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $309.4 million.
Reading International shares have risen 11 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen 7 percent in the last 12 months.
