SHERMAN OAKS, Calif. (AP) _ Real Industry Inc. (RELY) on Monday reported a loss of $80.4 million in its fourth quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Sherman Oaks, California-based company said it had a loss of $2.84. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 63 cents per share.
The holding company posted revenue of $304.5 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $102.9 million, or $3.68 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.25 billion.
In the final minutes of trading on Monday, the company's shares hit $4.45. A year ago, they were trading at $7.34.
