Even though the season is still months away (hurry up, offseason!), there’s always time for trash talk.

At a tour stop over the weekend in Columbus, Ohio, Smith, a Michigan native, did his best to rile up the locals by singing UM’s fight song in front of a packed house of Buckeyes fans at Value City Arena on Ohio State’s campus.

It didn’t take long for the boos to rain down on Smith, who also has a Michigan logo on his kick drum. That is some grade A trolling.

Well done. Only 193 days until the Wolverines and Buckeyes meet on the field once again, but who’s counting?
