LOS ANGELES (AP) _ Reeds Inc. (REED) on Monday reported a second-quarter loss of $3.4 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The Los Angeles-based company said it had a loss of 13 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for severance costs, came to 10 cents per share.
The beverage and candy company posted revenue of $9.4 million in the period.
In the final minutes of trading on Monday, the company's shares hit $2.90. A year ago, they were trading at $1.60.
