RE'FLEKT Launches Beta Version of New Drag & Drop VR Platform REFLEKT 360 at VRLA

LOS ANGELES, April 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- (VIDEO) Leading European virtual and augmented reality company RE'FLEKT unveiled their new, easy-to-use drag and drop platform REFLEKT 360 this week at VRLA in Los Angeles. This new, first of its kind platform provides unprecedented ease to create interactive experiences out of 360 images and video within minutes.

RE'FLEKT recently opened offices in the Playa Vista area of Los Angeles to bring their award-winning expertise to the region's world-famous creative, tech, and studio communities. Already RE'FLEKT has partnered with well-known brands like Porsche and the German television network WDR to produce a pilot interactive experience on the new platform for the Cologne Cathedral.

"We created REFLEKT 360 to make it easier for organizations and content creators to break into the burgeoning world of VR with their own content," said RE'FLEKT CEO Wolfgang Stelzle. "This new platform is part of our vision to make virtual reality more affordable and accessible to companies around the world."

REFLEKT 360 includes a drag & drop tool that enables the creation of interactive 360° experiences without the need for programming or coding. Users import their own video and photos, and make them interactive using intricate story elements with virtual TouchPoints that activate immersive interactions for scene movement, sound, video, and more. Content can be published to all platforms directly through the REFLEKT 360 app or can be customized to a specific brand.

REFLEKT 360 supports mobile devices with iOS or Android and mobile VR headsets such as Google Cardboard, Google Daydream View (coming soon) or Samsung Gear VR.
