Regarding the decision of the Ministry of Finance to pay dividends for a period shorter than the financial year

The Company informs that on September 15 2020, it received a decision from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, the authority implementing the rights of the sole shareholder of the Company (hereinafter - Ministry of Finance), adopting a decision to allocate EUR 42 million for dividends on distributable profit for six months period which ended on 30 June 2020, to be paid and approved the set of interim financial statements of the Company for the six-month period, which ended on 30 June 2020.
As the Company announced on 4 September 2020, under the new dividend policy, the Company will pay EUR 85 million in dividends for the financial year 2020. For each subsequent financial year, allocate at least 3 percent more than the amount paid for the previous financial year.
