RESP Provider C.S.T. Consultants Inc. Recognized as a Best Employer in the GTA

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov 29, 2012) - CST Consultants Inc. (CST), one of Canada''s premier Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP) providers has been named one of the Best Employers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for 2013. This is the third year in a row that CST Consultants has made the list, as featured in the Toronto Star.

The Best GTA employer list is compiled by Aon Hewitt in conjunction with the Queen''s University School of Business, using the results of a confidential employee engagement survey. The survey measures three key areas: employees'' willingness to say positive things about their employer to friends, colleagues and family; their desire and commitment to keep working at the company; and how much they strive to go ''above and beyond'' to help the organization succeed.

"Our employees are the heart of CST," said C.S.T. Consultants Inc. President and CEO Sherry MacDonald. "They are passionate about making sure each and every Canadian resident has the financial ability to pursue a post-secondary education. That''s why we are equally as passionate about creating an environment that encourages employees to grow personally and professionally, where they feel connected to the people and place they work each and every day."

"There are so many opportunities to learn, develop and grow as an employee at CST," said Chris Ferris, Director, Operations Control and Data Management "I''m inspired by CST''s mission, values, work environment and social activities but mostly, it''s the people."

CST employees have the opportunity to benefit from an open culture, employee wellness program, above-and-beyond rewards, performance bonuses, Employee Assistance Program, staff recognition events, educational assistance, computer loans, matching pension contributions, involvement or corporate support in numerous local events and organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity and the United Way.
