Jim Soss is a proven leader with strong expertise in all facets of digital marketing and advertising, big data and SaaS solutions. He was most recently CEO of Red Aril, an innovative online data management and technology company, focused on providing real-time audience and media optimized solutions for digital advertising and marketing, which was acquired by Hearst-owned agency, iCrossing in 2011. Before that, he held senior executive positions at Acxiom and Infogroup.

Dmitry Kroshka is an experienced marketing strategist and a 15 year veteran of the advertising and media world. Most recently, he was Head of Advertising Innovation at LocalResponse, a mobile and desktop targeted ad network. His background includes numerous roles in direct and digital marketing agencies, including Draft/FCB and ME+YOU, as well as strategic consulting for ESPN, Lifetime TV and Time Media.

Jeff Clayton brings more than 25 years of sales and digital marketing industry experience to Responsys. With this position, he returns to Responsys -- he was formerly Vice President of Strategic Alliances & Corporate Strategy -- after five years working in the broader database marketing and web analytics industries. Most recently, he was Vice President of Interactive Product Strategy at web analytics and customer intelligence company, Webtrends, and before that, he was in charge of interactive product strategy at customer relationship marketing firm, Merkle.
