(NASDAQ:ROIC) announced today that it has been selected as a 2021 Green Lease Leader by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Better Buildings Alliance and the Institute for Market Transformation. Specifically, ROIC was awarded the highest “Gold” level designation in recognition of its initiatives to incorporate critical energy efficiency, cost savings, air quality and sustainability criteria into its leases.
