Tanz, President and Chief Executive Officer of Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. stated, “When we reported first quarter results on April 22nd, at that time we had received 67.7% of April base rent, on a cash basis. Since that time, we received additional April base rent bringing our total to 70.2%, on a cash basis. We continue to work diligently and thoughtfully with our tenants and look forward to a solid recovery once stay-at-home orders are safely lifted on the West Coast and all of our tenants can reopen and can begin serving their communities again.”
