Rihanna Takes Time Off Being a Boss to Go Day Drinking with Late Night Host Seth Meyers
Rihanna is a very very busy woman with her countless ventures, but the pop star made time to day drink with late night host Seth Meyers.
The music mogul was seen walking into a New York building yesterday wearing a slick dark green pantsuit with her red braids.
Many fans probably hoped she was walking into a recording studio, but she was actually shooting for “Late Night with Seth Meyers.”
The NBC talk show host teased a photo of him with Rihanna sitting down and drinking beer. They are shooting a bit Meyers does occasionally where he goes day-drinking with guests or family members.
Other celebrities who have gone day drinking with Meyers include Kelly Clarkson, Ina Garten, his brother Josh and even his mother.
Meyers revealed on an episode of “Watch What Happens Live” with Andy Cohen that he does indeed get intoxicated while shooting the segments.
After being asked by a fan calling in about day drinking with Kelly Clarkson, he admitted he was indeed really intoxicated. He said during shooting with Clarkson he was so drunk at the end he said goodbye to her twice, and then later went to his producer expressing guilt for forgetting to say goodbye to the singer.
Rihanna definitely deserves a little time off from her busy schedule. She was also in New York for a popup event for her Fenty fashion line.
On top of all that, she has a lot to celebrate after Forbes named her the wealthiest female musician in the world. She has amassed an estimated $600 million fortune and surpassed Madonna ($570 million) and Beyoncé ($400 million).
The music mogul also recently launched her own fashion house, Fenty. Her Fenty Beauty line continues to sell out, she has ownership in her own lingerie line, and her music royalties keep coming in (even though fans keep harassing her for new music).
