Rockwell Medical: 4Q Earnings Snapshot

WIXOM, Mich. (AP) _ Rockwell Medical Inc. (RMTI) on Thursday reported a loss of $9.4 million in its fourth quarter.

The Wixom, Michigan-based company said it had a loss of 17 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 15 cents per share.

The maker of products used in the treatment of kidney disease and anemia posted revenue of $16.9 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $32.1 million, or 61 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $63.4 million.

Rockwell Medical shares have more than doubled since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined 22 percent in the last 12 months.
