May 2017 traffic figures
In May 2017, Paris Aéroport welcomed 8.8 million passengers, an increase of 2.8% compared with May 2016. 6.0 million passengers travelled through Paris-Charles de Gaulle (+3.7%) and 2.8 million through Paris-Orly (+0.8%). It should be noted that the Easter holidays for schools in the Paris region were from 1st to 17 April in 2017, while they were from 23 April to 8 May in 2016.
International traffic (excluding Europe) was up (+4.0%), due to growth in the following destinations: Asia-Pacific (+7.8%), North America (+6.2%), Africa (+4.5%), and the Middle East (+0.7%). The following destinations were down: Latin America (-2.1%), and the French Overseas Territories (-0.7%);
European traffic (excluding France) was up (+3.0%);
Traffic within France was down slightly (-0.4%);
The number of connecting passengers increased by 1.7%. The connecting rate stood at 22.3%, down by 0.6 points compared with May 2016.
Since the beginning of the year, Paris Aéroport passenger traffic has increased by 5.0%, with a total of 39.6 million passengers. The number of connecting passengers has decreased by -1.4%. The connecting rate stands at 23.1%, down by 1.6 points.
Passenger traffic at TAV Airports, 38%-owned(1) by Groupe ADP, increased by 2.2% in May 2017 and has risen by 1.0% since the beginning of the year.
Passenger traffic at Santiago de Chile, 45%-owned by Groupe ADP, rose by 8.1% in May 2017 and has risen by 10.1% since the beginning of the year.

Aéroports de Paris SA entered into a share purchase agreement, signed on 9 June 2017, with Akfen Holding for the acquisition of Akfen Holding`s whole stake (8.12%) in TAV Airports. Please refer to the press release published on 9 June 2017, available on finance.groupeadp.fr .
Groupe ADP and TAV Airports have a shareholding of 21% and 15%, respectively, in Zagreb Airport. To be compliant with TAV Airports presentations, Zagreb Airport traffic figures are integrated into the TAV Airports group traffic figures.
TAV Airports started to operate the international terminal at Milas Bodrum Airport in October 2015. To be compliant with TAV Airports` presentations, the % change presented above does not take into account traffic at this terminal for 2016. Taking into account traffic at Milas Bodrum International terminal on a like-for-like basis for 2016, total TAV Airports passenger traffic would have decreased by 0.7% over the last 12 months.
