“Our merger with Green Bank expands our market beyond the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, and we are now positioned to bring new opportunities in Houston,” said Malcolm Holland, Veritex Bank’s President and CEO. “Russ has been in the banking world for a long time. He will be a huge asset to the Veritex Bank family and to the communities we serve.”
“I have had the pleasure of doing business with the bank and the mortgage group over the past 10 years and love the culture,” said Russ Anderson. “Having the bank behind us gives the Mortgage Division an opportunity to do a lot of things our competition cannot do. The Houston market is a huge opportunity for us and I look forward to growing the Mortgage Division to keep up with the bank.”
