Russian e-commerce firm Ozon starts selling goods via parallel imports mechanism
June 23 (Reuters) - Russian e-commerce firm Ozon said on Thursday it had started selling goods through a parallel imports mechanism on its platform, benefiting from legislation Russia has brought in to try and limit the impact of Western sanctions.
"Goods imported with the help of parallel imports are available on Ozon," the company told Reuters. "We have already started selling popular electronics brands on Ozon, including smartphones and their components." (Reporting by Reuters; Editing by Edmund Blair)
