The bond, underpinned by the Malaysia infrastructure project - Bitcoin land, is more than a financial endeavour; it's a vision of the future. The Bonds are earmarked for an audacious infrastructure project that aims to transform a prime location in Malaysia into "Bitcoin Land". This initiative envisions a sprawling hub, complete with state-of-the-art facilities, dedicated workspaces for fintech start-ups, an innovation center for blockchain research, and a mission to become the Web3 hub of Asia.

"The project is a commitment to the future of decentralized finance and technology," remarked a spokesperson from RXT Digital Limited. "We're envisioning a space where technology evangelists, enthusiasts, start-ups, and established financial entities to redefine the future of finance and lay the foundation for Asia's Web3 revolution."

The Bond is a private placement bond to professional and institutional investors only. Investors would anticipate a bond duration of 5 years, offering a competitive yield with annual interest disbursements.
