Sam's Club is selling a 4.5-pound apple pie right now, and it's basically the key to a killer MDW barbecue. Like, you don't even need a crowded dessert table; this'll feed your entire crowd and then some.

The Member's Mark Apple Lattice Pie is a whopping 72 ounces, which translates to 4-plus pounds of ooey-gooey goodness. The "quintessential American dessert" is baked day in and day out with fresh apples, a flaky crust, and dash of cinnamon.

Per POPSUGAR, the pie scored a blue ribbon at the National Pie Championship, which we didn't even know was a thing. But like, if you need a new judge next year...hmu.

Also, get this: It only costs $9. I'm not a math person (hello, writer here), but it seems too good to be true. The pie serves about 16 people and that roughly translates to 60 cents a slice. Ummm, how are they making money off this?

Honestly though, we should expect this from Sam's Club. The discount retailer knows a thing or two about good deals, and even better desserts.

Don't just take our word...or the American Pie Council's. We'll let some real life customers convince you. They're raving about the apple pie in the reviews. "Me and my mom are very picky when it comes to apple pie and I have to say this one is by far the best apple pie we have ever bought from a store before," one fan wrote. "It is very fresh and is sweet enough, just the way we like it."

Others praised the pie for its "sugar/cinnamon mix," "good amount of filling," and "crisp apples." One person even called it better than their grandma's, which sucks for Grandma, but is great for Sam's Club.
