SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) _ Sanmina Corp. (SANM) on Monday reported fiscal second-quarter profit of $4.9 million.
On a per-share basis, the San Jose, California-based company said it had net income of 7 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 32 cents per share.
The electronics manufacturing services company posted revenue of $1.59 billion in the period.
For the current quarter ending in July, Sanmina expects its per-share earnings to range from 30 cents to 40 cents.
The company said it expects revenue in the range of $1.5 billion to $1.6 billion for the fiscal third quarter.
Sanmina shares have declined 18% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $27.91, a decline of 7% in the last 12 months.
