Perkins previously held positions at AshBritt, serving as project manager during Hurricane Irma and as the Small Business Liaison. As Vice President, Perkins will work across the AshBritt Family of Companies on strategic growth initiatives and will provide leadership support to legal matters, government relations, and the overall administration of company affairs and the AshBritt corporate foundation.

Perkins is a member of the Utah Bar and a skilled communicator and researcher whose skills will be paramount in continuing to give communities in crisis and recovery the utmost service. Perkins received her B.S. from Florida Atlantic University and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. At Boston University, her expertise was recognized as a recipient of Best Brief in the intercollegiate litigation competition.

"We’re ecstatic to have Sara join the AshBritt team, especially at such an exciting time for our business," said Randy Perkins, founder and Chairman of the Board, AshBritt. "We recently hit the milestone of thirty years and we take great pride in being able to consistently maintain our position as industry leader while also growing new divisions. History shows that taking a company from the first generation to the second is very hard to do, and is often when family businesses fail. Clearly, with Brittany at the helm the last six years and with the tremendous team we have at the company, many who are family and have been at the company 20 + years, AshBritt continues to grow. I am confident with Sara joining the team we will be the first in the industry to reach fifty years and be successful for many generations to come."

"I’ve been around the emergency response and debris removal industry all my life. I’ve seen the industry grow and change, and I have been a part of key projects over the last 5 years, such as Hurricane Irma and the California wildfire," said Sara Perkins, Vice President of Business Affairs. "Having completed my law degree, I’m proud to return to AshBritt full time and be involved in the continued development of the company and of the industry alongside our excellent team."
