GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) _ ScanSource Inc. (SCSC) on Tuesday reported fiscal first-quarter profit of $14.3 million.
On a per-share basis, the Greenville, South Carolina-based company said it had profit of 56 cents. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs and non-recurring costs, came to 89 cents per share.
The technology products distributor posted revenue of $972.9 million in the period.
ScanSource shares have risen 16 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $41.63, a decrease of 2 percent in the last 12 months.
