ScanSource: Fiscal 2Q Earnings Snapshot

GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) _ ScanSource Inc. (SCSC) on Tuesday reported fiscal second-quarter earnings of $20 million.

The Greenville, South Carolina-based company said it had profit of 78 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs and non-recurring costs, were 99 cents per share.

The technology products distributor posted revenue of $1.05 billion in the period.

ScanSource shares have risen 11 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $38.19, a rise of 17 percent in the last 12 months.
