Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE:SEE) announced today that it will release its first quarter 2017 results at approximately 7:00 a.m. (ET) on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 and will host a conference call and webcast later that morning at 10:00 a.m. (ET).
The results of operations for its Diversey Care division and the food hygiene and cleaning business within its Food Care division (together “New Diversey”) will be reported as discontinued operations. On March 27, 2017, Sealed Air announced it had entered into a definitive agreement to sell New Diversey to Bain Capital Private Equity, a leading global private investment firm, for approximately $3.2 billion.
