CARLSBAD, Calif. (AP) _ SeaSpine Holdings Corp. (SPNE) on Thursday reported a loss of $12 million in its second quarter.
The Carlsbad, California-based company said it had a loss of 64 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for asset impairment costs, came to 38 cents per share.
The medical technology company posted revenue of $39.3 million in the period.
SeaSpine shares have fallen 29% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $12.91, a decline of roughly 8% in the last 12 months.
