Security Service of Ukraine identifies Kadyrov's accomplice involved in atrocities in the Kyiv region

The Security Service of Ukraine has established the identity of another Russian soldier from Chechnya, who committed atrocities in the village of Babyntsi, Buchansky district, Kyiv region.

Quote: "The war criminal turned out to be Bisayev Anzor Saladievich, commander of the special purpose mobile unit (better known as OMON) of the Russian Guard in the Chechen Republic of Akhmat. This invader was part of Kadyrov's inner circle."

Details: It is reported that at the beginning of March, the occupier together with his subordinates broke into one of the local private houses and kidnapped a teenager.

The boy was subjected to various types of torture, he was pressured to give information about the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, threatened with firearms, and held with a knife to his throat. Then Bisayev’s soldiers put him in an armoured car and continued to taunt him and threaten him with physical violence.

After the liberation of the Kyiv region, Bisayev fled to the territory of Russia, where he has been hiding from justice to this day. The criminal has been informed of the suspicion and measures are underway to bring him to justice.

 

Background:

On 17 July, Andrii Nebytov, head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kyiv region, reported that the bodies of 1,346 civilians killed by Russian troops had already been discovered in the Kyiv region.

On 5 August, investigators from Bellingcat and The Insider announced that they were able to identify the Russian soldier who was on video torturing a Ukrainian soldier. He turned out to be a Tuvan named Ochur-Suge Mongush from the Akhmat Battalion.
