DUNN, N.C. (AP) _ Select Bancorp Inc. (SLCT) on Friday reported fourth-quarter net income of $4.5 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
The Dunn, North Carolina-based company said it had net income of 23 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $15.8 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $13.1 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $13.8 million, or 87 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $52.1 million.
Select Bancorp shares have dropped slightly more than 3 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Friday, shares hit $11.97, a fall of 11 percent in the last 12 months.
