SEMAFO: New Technical Report for Mana Property

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Sept. 30, 2013) - SEMAFO Inc. (SMF.TO)(SMF.ST) today announced that the report summarizing all material scientific and technical information pertaining to its Mana property in Burkina Faso will be filed to SEDAR on Friday, October 4, 2013. The technical report includes the new mineral resources and reserves data as at June 30, 2013, which has been prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101.

In a press release dated September 19, 2013, SEMAFO announced the new statement of reserves and resources, which stands as reported. In this regard the Corporation wishes to clarify that all mineral resources reported are exclusive of mineral reserves.
